What is a list of famous foreign scientists?

Foreign Scientists: You don't say which country you're in, so I can't say who is foreign to you. But here are some examples of scientists from around the world:
William Perkin- A British chemist, he invented the first synthetic dye, mauveine. Herman Mark- the father of polymer chemistry, was an Austrian Jew. I like Otto Bayer a lot. He was a German, and he invented polyurethane. He's not related to the Bayer family that started the chemical company he worked for. Otto Rohm and Otto Haas were Germans who invented acrylate polymers. These are used for things like Plexiglas and the plastic layer of safety glass. Leo Baekeland was a Belgian who invented two things: prepackaged photo paper and phenolic plastic. The photo paper made him rich; the phenolic made him immortal.
