Possible canker sore or cold sore (they are both different but both common), or as the previous author stated, possibly a mucous retention cyst. Make sure not to aggravate it, giving it ample healing room, and see if it resolves itself within a few weeks. Anything lasting beyond 15 days you should get checked out by a Dermatologist.

∙ 15y agoWell, this is a sore. It should look white, like somebody had a miniature nuclear war in your mouth, right? Yes. So, this happens wen you bite yourself when you eat too much junk food. Don't worry. A little chrysanthemum tea drink (Hong Kong Supermarket) will fix this problem.
