There is elementary school, middle school, and high school. Middle school teachers teach kids in the 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. Sometimes, that's 6th, 7th, and 8th.

The job I am most interested in is a middle school, English teacher. To be a teacher, I would have to be organized, dependable, patient, and, of course, creative. Teaching jobs should range from good to great for the next ten years. Of course, all of this depends on where I live, and the subject I teach. However, many schools are looking for a teacher who can speak more than one language. The amount of pay you get is from $36,680 to $58,170 per. Year. To be a teacher I would need a master's degree, and a teaching certificate. I would need to pass tests in reading, writing, and other subjects. It is said that teacher's act as facilitators/coaches, and they use presentations/individual instructions in which students will learn and/or apply the concept. This is good for English, math, and science. To be organized, teachers need to plan, evaluate, and assign lessons, as well as, preparing, administering, grading tests. They additionally listen to oral presentations, and give the classroom discipline when needed. Also, teachers observe an devaluate a student's performance, prepare report cards, and they meet with parents and/or school staff to discuss a student's academic progress/ personal problems. Some teachers use props or 'hands-on' approaches. They encourage students to work together in groups, because students should be able to work together in groups for success later on. Adolescents crave positive social interaction with peers and/or adults, physical activity, meaningful participation in families, communities, and school, opportunities for self-definition, competence and achievement, structure and clear limits, and creative expression.
