When DNA is copied, damage can be caused by physical and chemical agents know as Mutagens

mutagenic factors are factors that could change the DNA sequence that makes up the gene.this factors could be hereditary or enviromental.

hereditary includes insertion deletion.Enviromental could be exposure to high intensity of ultraviolet rays high penetarting rays gamma rays toxic chemicals such as hydroxylamine infections........
