The term used for wind borne geologic deposits is "Aeolian".
Within this category are other terms for deposits carried by the wind that originate from different sources, such as:
Tuff - a volcanic deposit carried some distance away by the wind, mostly glass-like.
Sand dune - sources vary but can be any small grains of mineral.
Loess - Particles that are picked up from glacial sources, streams, ice surface, receeding ice as it dries.
