Try cutting thin slices of fresh cucumber and place them over both eyes - use two if necessary and lie down with eyes closed leaving them on for about 15 minutes. You may have allergies and/or yeast overgrowth (candida from bad diet). Deal the the allergies, and your nutrition, and the circles will fade. Avoid sodium benzoite (which is in many drinks), because it will aggravate your body's histamine response. You may want to take some chamomile, which is an anti-histamine. Get plenty of rest and (non-soda) fluids too -- preferably spring water or juice.
