This depends on the units of measurement but it is generally 0-100. However, it can be safely upto 500+, if it is much higher that this it can generally be a sign of parasitic infection. This is easy to test from stool testing i would also test your Allergies to see if you are particularly allegic to something. It is a very easy blood test.
