There are different method to determine the normal level o glucose, for example Somogi-Nelson y Folin-wu, but to day, the normal level is considered to be 90mg/dl more or less 20mg/dl. That mean the normal sugar level es 70 - 110 mg/dl in a healthy person. Below 70mg/dl is considered hypoglycemia, and above 120mg/dl hyperglycemia. Blood sugar level of 130mg/dl was consider normal long time ago, but no any more. Today is consider a prediabetic condition.

The easiest way to find out is to use a home tester kit which usually comes with a guide to check your levels are within the normal range. I use Accu-Chek personally as they are reliable. You can pick them up from most health outlets or buy direct from Accu-Chek.

For a non-diabetic person, a normal blood sugar level is around 90mg/dl + or - 20mg/dl. That mean that the normal blood glucose level in human is between 70mg/dl and 110mg/dl. Any thing below will be hypoglycemia; and any thing over will be hyperglycemia.

After fasting blood sugar for 6 to 8 hours, the normal range for blood sugar levels is 70 to 100 ml per deciliter. You can find out more from your doctor or the internet (it's not hard to find).

Yes, when fasting, your blood sugar levels will change. When fasting, you would generally have a blood sugar level of 70 to 100 mg/dl. If you have eaten, you'll most likely see blood sugar levels of around 135 to 140 mg/dl.

The range will depend on the conditions in which the measurement is taken. In a fasting measurement, taken at least 6 to 8 hours after the previous meal, the normal range is 70 to 100 milligrams per deciliter. Gender does not play a role in this.
