About 4ft and about 30 lbs

I'm pretty sure that's not even close. My son is 3'8 and is in the 75th percentile for height and weighs 40 lbs and is in the 33rd percentile for weight so a 5-year-old that was 4 ft and 30 lbs would be off the charts tall and skinny! My 2-year-old is 30 lbs and is in the 40th percentile for weight.

The normal weight of a 5-year old boy, depends also on
his height.
If he is small, lets say 103 cm he should weight around
16kg.
If he is middle, about 111cm, its 19kg.
And if he relatively big, around 121 cm, he should be around 24kg.
