I feed my 4 red ear sliders wardley floating reptile sticks. I have experimented with other foods but they prefer wardley. I give them gold fish (the live ones not the crackers) every month. You might want to give your turtle(s) romaine lettuce but NEVER EVER feed them ice burg lettuce. Ice burg lettuce will KILL them or make them very ill.

∙ 11y agoA pet turtle can eat fish, shrimp, crayfish and other small things. They also eat fruit, small insects, plants, worms and many other veggies. They also love to eat crickets and shrimp pellets as a snack.
