Anyone could be a popstar but you have to have dignity and lots of spare time. Join a singing class.
Try out for a talent show or a singing audition. Get known. Just don't do stupid things to get known because then you'll just be known for doing that stupid thing.
You have to work and study really hard. You also preferably need to do Drama and singing as GCSE options!
You can be any age to be a popstar but it is normally over 12 or something most popstars are in there 20's
