where is the purge solenoid valve on my camry 2001 6cyl
Yes, a 2003 Ram has a purge valve.
I have a 97 Grand Am 3100 V6. The purge valve is located by the top of the charcoal canister. Simply remove the one screw from the container that holds the radiator fluid (standing over the top of the car, passenger side) and move that container to the side. The purge valve is mounted to the car body and will simply slide off. No tools are needed other than to remove the one screw for the radiator fluid container.
The 2003 Kia purge valve solenoid is located on the firewall in the engine compartment. The purge valve solenoid will be on the passenger side of the firewall.
Yes, the purge valve clicks.

Cannot locate canister purge valve on a 2001 pontiac sunfire 2.2
The purge valve on the Malibu is located on top of the charcoal canister that is mounted on the side of, or in close relation to the fuel tank. Usually on the same side as the filler neck. This purge valve is not to be confused with the purge valve solenoid which is located on the intake manifold. If for some reason you can not find the purge valve/canister just locate the solenoid on the intake manifold (which will have an electrical plug and one vaccum line attached to it.) and trace the vaccum line under the car to the canister. As stated above...it is there that you will find the canister purge valve.
