It is difficult to say what a very strong form of cocaine is. Cocaine, unlike many other prescription medications and illegal drugs doesn't come in much variety or form. Because it isn't a regulated drug on the market the grade of different types of cocaine is generally unknown and based on hear-say. The term "crack" is often used to refer to better forms of cocaine, and purer forms look as off white nuggets with jagged edges. This however is contested across the internet by people who actually cut the drug and claim all forms of cocaine have one point during production been cut with another chemical, making it less pure and therefore not as strong.
