What is a rain fall?

Answer:
When the temperature of the air falls sufficiently, then the air is no longer able to support the water vapour in suspension.

In this case, the water will condense, at first into a fog of small spheres, and then these coalesce into larger droplets as they bump into each other, and they will then fall as rain.
