a- Call her on the day of her birthday tell her to be ready at some set time and wear a dress or tell her to dress up for a nice evening. (If it's going to be somewhere out side or cold make sure she brings something warm!) Most girls love to be surprised so DO NOT TELL her what you have planned. Take her to a great dinner and not Applebees! I'm talk Ruth Chris! Maybe after you could go to a stand up comedy act or a local beach or park and just talk a walk and talk. Girls eat that up!
or
B- I'd like to call this the grand slam! Plan a week at a romantic destination. You can Google a place that is within driving distance. See what activities you can do there, find places to eat and a romantic cozy place to stay.
whatever you plan to do "step it up" and plan everything out before but act as though you are just going with the flow.
Say your thinking about her or say that you already miss her or say why can't all the girls in the world be as kind, funny, and pretty as you? I said these things and every single time she said "awww your so sweet"
Well, I'm the average 13 year old and What I think is romantic to try with your girlfriend is to maybe instead of sitting across from her at the lunch table, sit next to her. Come up behind her when no one can tell her you're coming and pull her hair gently up behind her ears. Then, let the moment last. When you pull it back and trace the back of her ear down to her jaw and let your hand slowly fall. When your switching classes and you pass her in the hall, come up close to her and slip your number, (If she doesn't already have it,) into her hand. If she DOES have it, just write, "I love you" on a piece on paper and slip THAT into her hand. If you're YOUNGER than I am, on the playground, when and/or if she sits down, sit down next to her and slowly and gently place your hand on the upper inside of her thigh. Maybe at a carnival or something else that happens DOES happen, in the middle of everyone and everything, when she's looking away from you, take her face in your hand and turn it to you, and kiss her. Make it last longer than five seconds and at the five second mark, slowly lip your tongue into her mouth. Once you stop kissing, Look directly into her eyes and tell her you love her, then wrap your arm around her hip and start walking in sync with her feet. Call her around sunset, most girl's FAVORITE time of day JUST to tell her you love her. Most importantly, ask her to maybe your family reunion, or somewhere personal and make sure she knows that she can ask you out any time. During summertime, ask her to a pool and ask her to jump in. When she does, jump in next to her and kiss her lightly on the lips. When she goes underwater, go with her and pull her close to you and kiss again. In the hallway at school, wink at her instead of just walking past each other. Impress her friends and hen you meet them wrap your arm around her waist and pull her so close you can hear each other's heart beating. Remember things like Christmas, Sweethearts Day, Valentines Day, and most importantly, Her Birthday.
If she lives nearby, take her to dinner. Surprise her at her birthday night when the clock strikes at 12! Girls love it.
A romantic way to ask a girl out on her birthday would be to take her flowers and ask her in person.
The best way to celebrate a friend's birthday at school would be to convince your teacher to make the class sing "Happy Birthday" to him or her.

Each woman celebrates her birthday in a way that means something to them. Some women celebrate with family and a big party, while others have a small party with close friends and cake.
How to celebrate the 40th birthday of someone really depends on the tastes of the individual. Taking them out to a restaurant or party is a good idea, make them feel young and surrounded with family and friends.
There many sites about birthday that have many creative ideas. One of those is in the related link section. Check it out! The way you want to celebrate depends on your age, see some kids' parties for reference
You can celebrate your horse's birthday any way you wish. If you have an EC forum, you could hold a birthday party in his honour and invite other players to join in!
the best way would probably be to have a celebratory drink and raise your glasses in a toast to the deceased
