Scalar energy is described to have zero frequencies, to be static, a stationary energy which therefore cannot be evaluated by our current frequency instruments.

Improved: Scalar Energy seems to be an alternative name for static electricity, which is not very frequently used for technology, and its effects are not as well known. It is possible to detect static electricity with an Electrometer, store it in a Leyden Jar (as Benjamin Franklin did in his famous kite experiment), use it to run a motor (for seemingly "perpetual" durations until it wears out, light up a lamp, make sound, transmit and receive radio waves. Static electricity can charge certain types of capacitors or batteries (which are "dry"), and can also flow through non-metallic strings like wires and charge non-metallic objects, and was used before batteries and power plants were known. The word electricity comes from the word "electrum" which means "amber". Amber can be charged with static electricity, and either attract or repel other non-metallic materials. Amber is known as an "electret", a word probably made from "electrical+magnet". If one is interested in the obscure use of static electricity, they should seek demonstrations of real working static devices (such as Amber, Wimsherst or Van De Graff Generators (the latter often confused with Tesla Coils which produce similar effects electromagnetically). An example of a widely used Static Electricity Technology is Xerographic Copying Machines or Laser Printers, which are therefore much more familiar and recognizable; and in these devices, the image is created by an invisible field of static electricity which attracts toner to it and during that phase of the process, the static field would be made visible by the toner (just as a magnetic field is made visible in iron filings).

Skepticism is advised when someone claims to have a "scalar energy device", or need funding for one, if they cannot explain and demonstrate how it will work. I suppose that someone may be as likely to buy an Amber medallion for "health" as they would buy Magnets for the same reason. Esoteric demonstrations of static electricity when named "Scalar Energy" can seem very Magical, especially since common sense even implies that electricity only "works" with wires and metallic conductors. It can be used for "levitation", for example, an ordinary balloon can seem to have helium in it, if it is charged with static electricity by rubbing in hair and raised to the ceiling of a room. Overunity devices based on Scalar Energy or Static Electricity are common but generally worthless. An Electrophorus has an unexpected effect of capacitance, to increase the voltage to shocking levels, but this is the same as dragging your feet on a rug and zapping someone with the generated static electricity. The amount of free energy you can get from a static electricity machine is usually less than a solar panel of similar size, although it may be cheaper and work in the dark and even produce enough energy to run an LED flashlight for more than a lifetime.

It may actually be cheaper to pack solar panels in a box with "neon" tubes containing Heavy Water, (per watt or luminosity) than to do what is also possible, by accumulating static charge from a tin roof and transforming it into a few watts for a few LED flashlights to be left on for something over a decade.

Conclusion: Scalar Energy or Static Electricity may be a magic trick or a slightly practical free power source for night nights. The Energy Monopolies are not going to kill you or your friend for their inventions or projects, which may likely have been done before the invention of the lightbulb or the discovery of electricity in lightning before anyone had any use for electricity. All demonstrations of Scalar Energy that I have seen were recognizable as Static Electricity effects, and the definitions I have occasionally been given of "Scalar Energy" also seem similar to that of Static Electricity.

Energy is a four dimensional quantity, a Quaternion consisting of part scalar and part v ector. Energy is "defined by scientists' as scalar, but torque is also energy but vector energy. The so-called "Dark Energy" that is confusing scientists is also vector energy, mcV=cP, the product of momentum P, a vector, and the speed of light a scalar.

The "Dark Energy" the scientists are looking for is mcV added to Newton's Gravity Scalarl Energy

E = -mGm/r (scalar) + mcV(VECTOR)

Vector energy is the source of centrifugal scalar force;

F= -cmDel.V=-mcv/r= -mv/t=-ma = -p/t.

Electrons in Atoms also have vector energy E = -alphaZhc/r + mcV, where mcV is the vector energy of the electron.

We live in a four dimensional Universe and Energy is not a one dimensional quantity, cmV is a vector energy and is all around us.

Energy is a Quaternion Quantity, a scalar and a vector; consider Force vector and Displacement vector;

e.g. Energy= FD= -F.D + FxD,

F.D is scalar energy and FxD is vector energy.
