Worcestershire sauce is an unusual liquid condiment, but if I had to substitute it with anything I would go with soy sauce. Just look at the ingredients and see if you can find anything else like it: vinegar, molasses, high fructose corn syrup, anchovies, water, onions, salt, garlic, tamarind concentrate, cloves, natural flavorings and chili pepper extract.

There really isn't one, worcestershire sauce has a very distinct flavor. The only somewhat close approximation would be A1 steak sauce, but the flavor and texture will differ. Try a sample batch first before adding to your entire recipe.

You can use any steak sauce. You could just use soy sauce. There are recipes online to make a substitute worchester sauce but they take several ingredients. Go search on www.Google.com
