What is a transcript judgment?

Answer:

It is a typed record of court proceedings, once trial has concluded. All oral evidence given at the trial will be recorded therein. A transcript of the judgment is required to be forwarded to the High Court(or Supreme Court of Appeal), prior to an appeal being heard on the matter.
