What is a transsexual?

Answer:
A person whose gender identity does not match the biological sex they were assigned to at birth. One who changes one's sex to align with one's gender identity. People who live as a member of a different gender than they were assigned at birth prefer to be called man or woman as appropriate for their chosen gender.Gender Identity and Biological sex are not always synonymous with each other. Sex is determined primarily by secondary sex characteristics, gender is a psychological condition.

A Transsexual is a Male or Female who has a disorder when they are born called Gender Identity Disorder (GID) Which causes their biological sex not match the sex their mind says they are so one could be a Male but their mind says they are Female and vise versa. There are Doctors who specialize in Gender Identity issues in Children and Teens. Some go under Hormone Therapy which is someone taking a pill a couple times a day so there body can match what ther mind says they are, then they can go under Sex Reasignment Surgery (SRS) to officially become the opposite sex from their bioloical sex.
