I'm no expert, but I've been taking wellbutrin for almost a year. I wouldn't call wellbutrin a "high." I have always been a pretty emotional person, but once I got to college and had actual stressors in my life, it kept taking me longer and longer to snap out of moods caused by everyday conflicts. Wellbutrin -and counseling- has allowed me to see conflicts without immediately reacting with emotion. Instead I react with reason, and decide how I should feel once I assess the situation. It's not really an upper, or a downer. It delays emotional response without having a numbing affect. Some people report having jitters, but I never have. I took celexa and then lexapro for awhile, and those gave me bizarre jittery side-effects - I would describe it as constantly feeling like you have to stretch. Wellbutrin really worked for me, but be warned. High doses of Wellbutrin - or even regular doses, depending on the person - can cause seizures. I had one recently and now have to look for something else that works just as well. :(
Both Wellbutrin and the phenylephrine in DayQuil can lower seizure threshold, so if you have epilepsy that'd be bad news bears. Also, both Wellbutrin and the dextromethorphan in DayQuil are dopamine reuptake inhibitors, which can lead to hypertension and racing heartbeat. However, this effect really only kicks in with the dextromethorphan at high doses (like the doses people take to get high on it), and there's only like 15mg in a single dose of DayQuil. Overall, it's pretty safe.
Ask your psychiatrist :)
Yes, bupropion is the generic of wellbutrin, and they are both the xl. exactly the same. I am a pharmacist
No. There is no benzoyleconine is Wellbutrin. The chemical name of Wellbutrin is bupropion. Benzoyleconine is a metabolite of cocaine.
This is one of the side effects of Wellbutrin, and will probably go away with time. However, Wellbutrin can also cause high blood pressure, which can in turn cause ear ringing, so it would be a good idea to get your blood pressure checked.
Hell yea, u get the best high too cause ur soo happy..
Is wellbutrin or bupropion is a prescription drug.
Yes, based on the ingredients in Relacore (vitamins, magnolia bark, passionflower, etc) it would seem safe to take this with an antidepressant like Wellbutrin.
Burns like hell, then a little hyper, then feel horrible. Really not worth it.
Can wellbutrin be taken with neocitran tota
will lipozene interact negatively with wellbutrin
No - companion animals as a general rule don't have problems with high cholesterol (this is mostly a human and primate problem). Human drugs such as Wellbutrin are not formulated for animals to take, and can cause severe problems including death for those animals.
