Allports scale was researched and created after the 2nd World War to explore how intolerence can lead to death and murder - extermination. It is a scale to show how prejudice grows through 5 stages: 1 - Antiloctuion - bad mouthing, jokes, name calling 2 - Avoidance 3 - Discrimination 4 - Physical Attack 5 - Extermination Gordon Allport (1954)
