An Apostolic church is where people who are apostolic go to worship. Being an Apostolic is just a definition of what the "members" of the church are called because they are considered Apostles, like in the bible.
This is more of what Apostolics believe:
Believe that the Bible is the inspired and infallible (unaltered) Word of God, written by holy men of old, as they were moved on by the Holy Ghost.
Believe in the one God who is infinite in power, Holy in nature, attributes and purposes, as well as omniscient and omnipresent.
Believe that He was revealed to us as Father in creation, as Son in redemption and as Holy Spirit in His comforting grace that never leaves those who trust in Him.
Believe that in Jesus, dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. For it pleases the Father that in Him should all the fullness dwell.
Believe in the virgin birth. Jesus was both human and divine. He was God manifested in the flesh.
Believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus. We believe He ascended on high and has sent His Spirit (Holy Spirit) which was poured out at Jerusalem over 1900 years ago; and it is the same Spirit that is filling the hearts of those who diligently seek Him today.
Believe in the baptism in water by immersion in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and the baptism of the Holy Ghost, speaking in other tongues as the Spirit give utterance. This constitutes the new birth.
Believe in a holy and sanctified life. We believe in the divine healing, and communion. We believe also in the glorious catching away of the saints when Jesus returns in the cloud in glory to take His people to heaven with Him (The Rapture).

Believe that the Sabbath Day is Sunday, therefore having services on Saturday.
*Not all apostolic churches have service on Saturday. As a matter of fact, I've been apostolic all my life and have never known anyone to have service on Saturday except for Seventh Day Adventists.*
In the apostolic church, there is a strong emphasis on the Oneness of God. The works done by the apostles in the book of Acts are the history and beginning of the early church. Because of persecution and false teaching, the foundation of the Apostolic church was severely tested. Contrary to popular belief, the first century Church was not the Catholic Church. The first century church was Apostolic. The Catholic Church came out of the Apostolic church much later.
The answers above define the Apostolic Church, but not an apostolic church. Many Christian denominations today accept the Nicene Creed, declaring the church to be one holy catholic apostolic church. (Apostolic meaning tracing its teachings, beliefs, and linage of leaders or elders back to the apostles, but not necessarily all the fundamental elements of the Apostolic Church).
