A tube with water in it. Since water seeks it's own level, any body of water that is connected will be at the same level. You can use a hose filled with water and check the level around a house from one point.
idk cuz when i beat the pearl one and the soda seas i didnt get anymore levels. so only 2 but on the instrutcions it shows a treasure box and i never saw that.... so i would say 2 levels. hope this...
