  1. The military won't allow women in combat roles. (most women don't want women to have combat roles, women tend not to fit the physical requirements for combat as easily as men. in some places women are getting in to combat roles, like the all women battalion of Kurdish fighters who are fighting ISIS)
  2. Women are paid less money than men with similar jobs and hours. (not true, the wage gap statistic only takes broad generalized sweeps of the average woman compared to the average man. when you control for all factors except sex the gap narrows so near zero that in some occupations women will get payed more than men. no economist worth their salt takes the statistic seriously. if it were true, we could just fire all the men and save a ton of money.)

What is institutional sexism?

Institutional sexism is the discrimination against one gender (usually women) by means of actual rules, such as a rule stating that a particular job can only be filled by a man. This is distinct from individual sexism, in which people discriminate against women even though there is no actual rule that requires them to do so.

Why do you have to be a real man to be a priest?

It's called "institutional sexism". The Episcopal Church allows women priests. Because Jesus choose only men to be his apostles, and priests are the successors of the apostles. As for the person who call it "institutional sexism", it's like saying that Jesus also instituted sexism for having only male apostles.
