A good subject is something that you know well or that you have an idea about. That helps your motivation in continuing to write. You can usually find a good topic among the things that interest you. That way writing doesn't have to be a chore as much as a joy. Writing an entire book is a lot of hard work, and so anything that you can do to stay motivated will help. Many authors use streets and areas that they know from their own lives in order to make stories more realistic. Some authors have specific ideas, like a new technology or a different way of doing things that they base their stories on.
Any idea that is interesting enough to you will be a good idea. You cannot write a story or novel based on ideas that someone else invents - you won't be interested enough in the subject to be able to research and write anything that will actually sell. Plus, anonymous people on the internet have no idea how old you are, what your interests are, or how well you can write!
In order to write, you need a personal connection to the subject. Write about whatever you enjoy, or whatever you find interesting, and you will end up with your novel or story.
