Jehovah's Witnesses are Christian so they can be referred to as such but their name differentiates them from other christian denominations. Prior to adopting their name in 1931 they were identiied as "International Bible Students" (IBS) but they presently only have the one name and are recognised internationally only as "Jehovah's Witnesses". Opponents and criticts use other derogatory terms but most authorities only refer to them as Jehovah's Witnesses.

Jehovah's Witnesses love hearing their title, "Jehovah's witneeses".

Formally, one would address the organization; "The Christian congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses".
