Auto duplex is when you can set your printer to print on both sides of a paper without you having to manually change the paper to the other side. So, if I want to print a 2 sided document, first, I print the odd pages, then I have to turn those pages around & put the blank side through the printer to print the even pages. If your printer has auto duplexing, it would feed those pages through by itself.

Duplexing is usually on a printer or copier, and it means that the machine will print on both sides of the paper automatically. For example, if you send a 10 page document to a printer set up with auto duplexing, the printer will automatically print the document on 5 pages, front and back, without you having to select that setting. It is one way to save on paper.
