If you don't care at all about any of the online functionality, then you'd be better off with the cheaper wi-fi Vita. If you do want to go online with the Vita, then you'd need the 3G version, but keep in mind that the 3G service is a paid service with a monthly fee, from a phone company.
Yes, PS Vita has Bluetooth, WiFi and 3G. Using "NEAR" you can connect to other PS Vita(s) using 3G other than WiFi. See the related link.
As the names imply, the 3G/Wifi Model supports 3G, assuming you have it, whereas the Wifi model only supports standard Wifi.
yes
There are 2 different models one with only WiFi for $249.99 and one with 3G and WiFi for $299.99. The early release bundle has a PS Vita with 3G and WiFi and was $349.99 with some bonus items
No.....sorry
you can't get a ps vita for 2 bucks. It is retailed at 249 for the 3g wifi model.
yes you can try it via hotspot. thats the reason i bought the wifi vita because the 3g one is a waste of money if you have an iphone
A Vita's wifi connects to your own wireless router, same as your PC or laptop. So the only cost is your regular charge from your ISP, there's no 'extra' for using the Vita on it unless the Vita's usage somehow makes you go over a bandwidth cap, if applicable. The 3G version has a monthly cost if you want to use the 3G functionality.
you go into the ps store and download paint park
No, only the 3G version needs a SIM Card.
