I think a wii is better but it dosent mean you wii like it. If you want play mario games get the wii (the wii also has wii shop channel is a channel where you can get Nintendo 64 nes snes gennsis and other classics it also has wiiware games that you can only get on the wii.) but if you wanna get games like Call of Duty and halo you should get the Xbox 360.

∙ 13y agoThis answer is completely my opinion. I prefere the Xbox 360. The Wii can be better if you are overweight or like to be more active. Although if you do not own any of these consoles i would suggest to wait maybe a few months to let Microsoft finish Project Natal which is a hands free way to use the xbox and play games. This will be better than the Wii because you don't have to use any controller or Wii remote just your body and voice to control everything. In my mind this is a great installment worth waiting for instead of getting a Wii.
In MY opinion, they're both equal. It just depends on what sort of gaming you like. the wii is great on parties and for direct multiplayer (not online). As said before project natal will be released soon. I'm no fan of natal, i first have to see it working well. I don't believe (yet) that they can track 3D movements with one camera.
