Dilute with the same amount of water (or buffer), e.g. 10 µl BSA at 1 mg / ml + 10 µl water -> 20 µl BSA at 500 µg / ml.
of course! a saturated solution can be turned into a dilute solution very easily! all you have to do is add a bit of water into the solution to make it dilute!
