It's a Chinese insult often used in Chinese-speaking countries (like Singapore, etc). It translates roughly to "fornicate with your mother's foul-smelling reproductive organs" though obviously much nastier than that (I'm not going to type it because it's so offensive). It's quite literally the worst insult in the Chinese language.
