Chavs are a deragotive term for working class drop outs from society. They are unemployed or on benefits, usually living in a council house that is paid for by the tax system. They drink and smoke excessivley with no intention of bettering themselfs. There level of education is primary school at best. The female chav goals in life is to have as many kids as possible on the tax system while the male chav goal in life is to be a gangster.
Unfortunatley due to their below sub par intelligence this means they only become plastic gangsters and cannon fodder for professional career criminals. Criminals who stay out of the light and allow these half-wits to do all their 'risky' work for them.
