When my Father was still alive, he has this gentleman who does only spray my father's mango tree. Now my father already past away last June of 2007. Since my father is deceased, I and my five siblings we told to the gentleman to stop spraying the mango tree. It's almost going for two years now without crop harvest. Now the gentleman is asking for some amount of money. My QUESTION here is; Does he has a right to collect some amount of money from us for separation? Or is there any LAW for a person/s who does only spray mango tree for only once a year? Is this part of AGRARIAN REFORM/
