Concentration Banking is system whereby customers make payments to a regional collection center which transfers the funds to a the principal bank.

Acceleration of cash collections from customers by having funds sent to several geographically situated regional banks and transferred to a main concentration account in another bank. The transfer of funds can be accomplished through the use of depository transfer checks and electronic transfers.
