You are doing your btech in cse you want to earn much so which way suits you go to management side or techinical side?

It depends what you are good at. Whether your technical part it strong or you are good at managing things. To go in management you will nedd an MBA degree that means atleast for two more years you will have to depend on your parents or so for your college fees. Going for management is good as there you need not to have strong technical knowledge but if you have really good technical knowledge it pays on the technical side too. As you see companies like Google do care a lot for its engineers. There are highly paid jobs in technical field also as well as in management. If you have really sound technical knowledge then it is better if you go in technical field and who knows one day the software made by you be a hit.
