Related Links or Spam?
Questions can link to other websites. There is a "More Information" section just for this called Related Links.
Related Links can be commercial. For example, if the question is "Where can you find a pool cleaning company in Tucson Arizona?" it would be perfectly appropriate to link to your pool cleaning business in Tucson.
The link must help answer the question, directly.
The same link shouldn't be on more than one or two different questions. Links must be as relevant to the answer as possible. For example, instead of linking to a blog's homepage, provide a link to a specific blog article featuring information that helps answer the question.
If you have a business to promote, the best way to do it is on your bio page. These pages get a lot of attention and you're welcome to advertise yourself in this space. The more quality answers you give, the more links back to your bio page there will be and the more benefit to your website.
