onomonophobia...this word doesn't exist...the fear of cotton or cotton balls is called Bambakophobia

Bambakophobia is really only the general fear of cotton. Sidonglobophobia refers to the specific fear of cotton balls.

Bambakophobia for cotton. Bambakomallophobia for cotton wool or cotton in its raw form. Eliophobia for wool. Althogh I have no exact answer for this as it is a rarely studied and still officaly unnamed phobia I can only guess, phobias tend to have a lattin oragine the only likely answer would be "gossypionphobia" omg lol (this is another person) BOFFIN!!!!!!!!! :)
