Date of shivratri festival in 1991?

Mahashivaratri normally comes in the month of March. Maha Shivratri, also knwon as Maha Sivaratri, Shivaratri, or Sivaratri, translates as "Night of Shiva" or "Great Night of Shiva." Maha Shivratri is a festival celebrated every year on the 13th night and 14th day in the Krishna Paksha during the waning of the moon. The festival is principally celebrated by offerings of bael leaves to the Lord Shiva, and all day fasting and an all night long vigil. In the year 1991, few parts of India celebrated it on 6th March and few celebrated it on 13th February.
