The first encounter of the word "nature" in the KJV Bible, falls into a New Testament description of man's perversion of nature that we call, homosexuality:

"...God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: and likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly..." (Rom.1:26-27).

Sin, on the other hand, according to God's definition is: "...the transgression of the law." (I John 3:4) The "law" being the Ten Commandments [Rom.7:7].

The Commandments of "adultery" and "lust" [covetousness] might be cited to cover the "sin against nature" called homosexuality... except that this perversion of what God has made is too disgusting [abominable] to even name or give recognition to... and far beyond the boundaries of what He intended.

So, "sin against nature" has to be the the "abomination of homosexuality," the perversion of the "natural use" of sex God created and intended between a man and a woman -- according to The Bible.

What is the definition of sinful nature?

A sin is an offence to God. According to a lot of Christian thinkers, human beings are offensive to god from birth because of the disobedience of Adam and Eve, which God has held against every human being since. No amount of virtuous living could make God forgive us for what our ancestors did. Others might be inclined to say that human beings have a natural inclination to sin, that is, to do things which are offensive to God. Although people may be born without sin, it is in their nature to sin. This could also be called a sinful nature.
