What is digital cable TV? |
[Edit]
Answer
When something is digital that means means it is composed of ones and zeros, i.e., the language of computers. This is as opposed to "analog" or wave-based signals.
Digital cable is something new cable companies are implementing and offering to their customers. It can mean much better sound and picture quality than the old, analog cable television. However, it can also sometimes mean outages when the networks get overloaded.
