Well, dog abuse is when you don't feed or give your animal food or water. Also another type of abuse is leaving your dog in blazing hot weather with no shade or ( once again) food or water. Another way you could abuse your dog is if you hit it for no reason at all. any reasons that you can hurt the dog emotionally or physically.
