What is dream and dream interpretation?

Answer:
Dreams are visual thoughts you have when you're asleep. When you're awake, you can imagine things, but you also see things, so you can't experience your visual thoughts nearly as well as you can when you're asleep. Since most of your brain is resting when you sleep, dreams can tell you something about how you're feeling. They are your thoughts and you probably have a reason for thinking them. Interpreting dreams is basically taking the senseless story of the dream, breaking it down into it's emotional content, and explaining why you might think about that kind of thing based on what you've been experiencing. You may realize how you feel about something you haven't put much thought into during the day.
