Just got off the phone with Homelite support and got just the right person after three calls.
Answer is: 32:1
They sent a copy of the manual which confirmed it.
Other info:
Choke lever is down for choke.
Fuel/air mix screws:
Left screw is high RPM adjust: 1.5 turns out to begin.
Right screw is low RPM adjust: 1.25 turns out to begin.
