It comes in a stack and flat, and when you open one its sort of shaped like a funnel with a large opening on one end and small opening on the other with the paper glued together that way.

You can get these free at the gas station to put oil in your car without spilling too much.

In chemistry it is used to help not spill stuff when you fill it in a test tube for an experiment.
