Well there are a couple things you could do although they are not all games.
#1- A game called a have who has and to play this game you buy a book and it is an English book that has all different parts of speech and they all have this game. There is a card that says something like The --------- jumped off the lily pad then it will say who has the noun that matches this sentence and someone will say I have frog who has the noun that completes blah blah ect.
#2- The Pictionary cards that have the person place and thing on them for nouns could be a good reference.
#3- There are a lot of songs out there involving nouns and a proven test showed that music is close to memory and help kids remember things.
Please let me know if this helped you.
