At what speed ? At what distance ? Between what masses ?

The question is lacking in specifications.

But it doesn't really matter, because gravity is a real force,

but centrifugal force is not a real force. So you would have to

say that gravity is stronger.

While a very weak force, gravity is the only one of the four fundamental forces that is always attractive. So at large scales gravity is always stronger, because the others will cancel out.

At short distances the other three forces are stronger than gravity, so magnetic force will be stronger than gravity in a properly made magnet.

The four forces, their strengths and ranges are:

  1. strong force, the strongest force in nature, is so strong at the scale of quarks that they cannot escape from the subatomic particles that contain them, range limited to the atomic nucleus
  2. weak force, weaker than the strong force, range is limited to limited to the atomic nucleus
  3. electromagnetic force, weaker than the weak force, range is infinite but as opposites attract it tends to cancel itself out
  4. gravitational force, weakest force in nature, range is infinite and always attractive so it tends to accumulate strength on large scales

At the center of the earth you would experince no gravtational force. (Since the force composants from the surrounding matter will cancel each other.)
