Hello!Everyone asks the "right" weight, but the truth is there isn't one. you just want to worry about eating healthy and excersizing. don't go to the extreme and not eat, and don't over eat. go to your doctor for regular check ups, and ask for a nuetricianist and then he or she will put you on a healthy eating plan!

tell me how it goes or if this helped

For a woman, 100 lbs for the first 5 ft of height plus 5 lbs for each inch over 5 ft. In example, a 5 ft 6 in woman should weigh 130 lbs. For a man, 106 lbs for the first 5 ft of height plus 6 lbs for each inch over 5 ft. In example, a 5 ft 6 in man should weigh 142 lbs.

Weight is related to height and body composition, rather than age, so there is no particular or perfect weight at any age. It depends on your height and how much muscle you have.

If you perform an online search for your gender and age group plus "weight chart" you'll find an abundance of sources to compare.

It is based on Body Mass Index or BMI. The calculation is done by dividing your weight in kilograms by your height in meters twice (kg/m2). Ideal body weight is a range from 18.5 to 24.9 BMI.
