Depending on someone's lifestyle and career depends on their use of daily math. For many people daily math is measuring ingredients, using time, balancing budgets, and figuring out sales percentages.

Mathematics is used in almost every aspect of daily life.

You wake up: what time is it - the clock or watch works on mathematical principles. You have breakfast - the stuff was bought at a grocer - no transactions are possible without mathematical concepts.

You change into your day clothes - more things bought at shops. Do up the buttons on your shirt? That is one-to-one matching.

Go out the front door. Your home could not have been designed without reference to trigonometry. The door could not have been manufactured without mathematical measurements and cutting tools.

There is probably not a single machine or appliance that could work without some mathematics.
