well i know that most of you have seen the advertisement of 100% beef in macdonalds or other fast food joints . they do have 100% beef in them but the patty of the burger is actually made 50% corn meal and 50%beef........(cornmeal is a filler that makes you full and it is also that addicting taste that makes you want more).........so i have to say that big macs a really not that heathy for you !!!!!!

Definitely a wrong implication. McDonald's beef patties are 100% beef, not allowing any of the "parts" and other items thought of. When I was a purchasing director for them many suppliers asked what we really wanted in it, or if they could add fillers or salt (to absorb water and weight). Answer was always the same. NO. Basically steak trimmings and chuck.
