"Indigestion," also known as "dyspepsia" is a term to describe a disorder of digestive function; people can have symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, and so on. There are many causes of indigestion, so if it becomes a problem, you should talk to your physician about it.

Indigestion is a stomach problem which can cause heartburn due to stomach acid reflux. It leaves a bitter or a sour taste in the mouth. To prevent indigestion put some lemon juice or cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it before the meal. Avoid tea, coffee and other drinks which contain caffeine. Avoid hot spicy food, fatty food & chocolates. Eating habits can also cause indigestion. Eat your meals on time and chew them properly.
